We encourage Indonesians to Tweet kindness and positivity so that they could get through Ramadan in the pandemic together.

The Context Ramadan is a month of togetherness. But during the pandemic, people were going to celebrate alone, while some cannot afford to celebrate. How can brands help make this difficult Ramadan a memorable celebration on Twitter?

The Approach We know that Twitter reflects Indonesia’s warmth all year round with a phenomenon ‘Twitter Please Do Your Magic’ — a phrase used to spread goodness and solicit help.

Working with 3 of Indonesia’s biggest brands, Indosat, Lazada and AQUA, we launched the first-ever Multi-brand Partnership to encourage people to continue to Tweet their magic during Ramadan to fill Twitter with love and support. In exchange, we rewarded every Tweet of kindness and positivity.
